Our offer is exclusively for professionals. As such, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.

For personalized products, a proof (computer-generated artwork) is systematically submitted to you for validation before production begins. The validated proof is authoritative. In case of non-conformity between the delivered products and the approved proof, a replacement or refund may be offered after the goods have been returned.

The following situations do not constitute a valid reason for order cancellation or refund:

• delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, or any other cause beyond our control;
• refusal of goods upon delivery, without a legitimate reason;
• delivery delay*.

We deliver in France and neighboring countries

Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. In case of urgency, express next-day delivery is possible at an additional cost.
