SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the ex-tax amount of your order.
- 0 - 10 € > 11.00 € ex-tax
- 11 - 250 € > 18.00 € ex-tax
- 251 - 350 € > 29.00 € ex-tax
- 351 - 500 € > 32.00 € ex-tax
- 501 € and more > Free delivery
Our products, even when free delivery is agreed upon, travel at the recipient's risk. In the event of damage or loss, it is up to the recipient to make all necessary observations and confirm their reservations with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Only sending a copy of this letter to our sales department will allow for prompt replacement of the goods and resolution of the dispute.
Any dispute not declared within 48 hours of receipt will not result in a replacement or credit note.
No returns or exchanges of goods can be made without our written consent. Return costs and risks are always borne by the buyer.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for a valid order is 2 to 4 working days.
- Orders WITHOUT personalization (samples, etc.): orders placed before noon are dispatched on the day of the order, subject to available stock. In case of payment by credit card, the order is validated immediately. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order date taken into account corresponds to the actual date of receipt of funds.
- Orders WITH personalization: an order with personalization is valid when the print proof (BAT) is accepted and payment is made.
