OUR MARKING TECHNIQUES
Here are the different techniques we use to brand your custom items and corporate gifts.
Pad Printing:
Characteristics: An indirect marking technique where ink is transferred using a silicone pad.
Example items: stress balls, pens, keychains, diaries...
Advantages:
- Applicable on all surfaces and all types of coatings
- Ideal for multi-color marking
- Fast and economical
Screen Printing:
Characteristics: A piece of mesh with a photo-emulsion layer is stretched over a frame. When ink is applied, it is brushed through with a squeegee. The ink then passes through the mesh in the washed areas and the marking is made on the item. Only possible on flat surfaces and textiles
Example items: textiles, pens, shopping bags...
Advantages:
- Durable results
- Inexpensive
- Perfect for printing text
Embroidery:
Characteristics: Polyester threads that do not shrink and remain resistant.
Example items: polo shirts, jackets, caps, towels, bags...
Advantages:
- Adds value to the product
- Possible on flat or irregular surfaces
- All colors are possible (maximum 12 colors per embroidery)
Laser Engraving:
Characteristics: The laser engraving machine is controlled by a computer on which the logo or text must be pre-programmed. Laser engraving is monochrome. The color depends on the material and the underlying layer of the material because the laser penetrates the top layer, making the underlayer visible.
Example items: all metal, glass, and wood items.
Advantages:
- Scratch-resistant
- Ability to mark individual names (personalization)
- Very high-quality finish
- Tone on tone
Hot Stamping:
Characteristics: A marking technique that creates a relief on the item.
Example items: conference folders, diaries...
Advantages:
- Unique 3D effect
- Ideal for genuine leather or imitation leather products
Transfer Printing:
Characteristics: With this method, the first image is marked in a mirror effect on paper (transfer paper). Using a printer, the item and paper are pressed together at a very high temperature. Thanks to the heat, the ink detaches from the transfer paper and adheres to the item. There are two types of transfers: screen print transfer and digital transfer.
Example items: textiles, shopping bags...
Advantages:
- Perfectly suited for logos with many colors
- Allows very precise marking, such as small texts
- No outline required
- Very economical solution for small quantities
Digital Printing:
Characteristics: Marking a logo in full-color. With digital printing, the colors of the digital image are converted into CMYK color values. Note that this technique can only be performed on flat surfaces.
Example items: textiles, document holders, colored pencils, lighters, power banks...
Advantages:
- Ideal for multi-color logos
- High-quality rendering
- Durable marking
Sublimation:
Characteristics: A technique by which a digitally printed image is vaporized into the material using a heat press. Sublimation printing is only possible with polyester, a material that opens at a certain temperature and absorbs the ink. Upon cooling, the material encloses the ink, making the print easy to wash. The image is not on the surface, but becomes an integral part of the surface.
Example items: cups and mugs.
Advantages:
- Quality color marking
- Suitable for polyester items (minimum 60% polyester)
- The decoration resists fading and cracking
Doming:
Characteristics: Vinyl sticker with full-color marking on which a layer of synthetic resin is poured.
Example items: keychains, bag hangers, USB drives...
Advantages:
- Scratch and UV resistant, waterproof and self-adhesive
- Luxurious appearance
- Possible for flat surfaces in all shapes and sizes
