Products delivered in conformity cannot be refunded or credited.

Only defective products OR products that do not conform to the proof for personalization may be refunded or credited.

The deadlines mentioned on our quotes and invoices are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. A delay does not guarantee any refund.

Any dispute not declared within 48 hours of receipt will not be subject to replacement or credit.

No return or exchange of goods can be made without our written consent. The costs and risks of return are always borne by the buyer.
