Yes, all products visible on our site are customizable. This includes:

• promotional items,
• promotional clothing,
• customizable bags and luggage,
• customizable gadgets,
• promotional sweets,
• etc.

Our offer is exclusively for professionals. As such, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.

For personalized products, a mock-up (digital proof) is systematically submitted to you for validation before production begins. The validated proof is binding. In the event of non-conformity between the delivered products and the approved proof, a replacement or refund may be offered after the goods have been returned.

The following situations do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation or refund:

• delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, or any other cause beyond our control;
• refusal of goods upon delivery, without legitimate reason;
• delivery delay*.

We deliver in France and neighboring countries

Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. In urgent cases, express next-day delivery (D+1) is possible at an additional cost.

To this period must be added the time required for product marking, which can be viewed here

Example: 1 day marking + 3 days shipping = 4 days total lead time.
